How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Varyrally Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to send a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about any of these:
- What your experience was like when you called or contacted Varyrally Remodeling
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. Think of it like a problem with a plumber you found through a neighborhood list: you would first talk to the plumber. So if a remodeling project goes wrong, the first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Varyrally Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@varyrally.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer leaves you unhappy, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
